Lots of fun events are planned for this year’s Trash N Treasures Sale in Head Lake Park Saturday June 16 when Rails End Gallery and Arts Centre Volunteers present Haliburton’s giant community yard sale. This year there will be a Best Butter Tart Contest, Glassblowing Demo, art show and, of course, Treasures from far and wide brought to you by the Vendors. Spots are $35 for a 12′ x 12′ area; $50 for 12′ x 20′ and $75 for 20′ x 20′.
How do I book a spot?
If you are a Vendor call Rails End Gallery and ask for a form to be mailed to you 705-457-2330 or visit www.railsendgallery.com to download forms using your computer.
EVENT SCHEDULE
6 am – 7:30 am Vendor registration *advance registration required
8 am – 2 pm SALE in Head Lake Park surrounding Rails End Gallery
8 am – 4 pm Refreshments, coffee, hotdogs/sausages for sale by Rails End Gallery
11 am – 4 pm Beer Patio – bar will be in Gallery, beer may be consumed on patio or inside
9 am – 11 am Butter Tart Contest entries accepted from 9-11 followed by Judging at 11
12 noon – Butter Tart Contest Winner announcement – just in time for lunch!
11 am – 4 pm “Chariot of Fire” glassblowing demonstrations by glass Artists from Haliburton County Studio Tour Jennifer Wanless-Craig, Terry Craig (Artech Studios) and Lia Howe (Lia’s Glass Dreams)
