Bernie Nicholson, an artist who is part of the www.MadeInHaliburton.ca website, is also opening her studio for the Harvest Homecoming Studio Tour. There are 5 studios and 13 artisans. Dates are October 6 & 7th, 2012.
Bernie is a potter and owner of Pottery in the Forest Studio. She will have a guest artisan in her studio, Lynne Brown. Bernie creates beautiful, functional pottery that is inspired by the natural surroundings of her home and studio. Lynne Browne is a jeweller from River Run Jewellery. Lynne takes a simple length of silver wire and some carefully chosen beads and creates unique one-of-a-kind pieces of wearable art.
