About the Artist:
Pat Reynolds started quilting in 2000. In 2002, after teaching for 33 years, she and her husband moved to their home on Drag Lake in Haliburton, ON. Pat has played an active role in the Haliburton Highlands Quilt Guild, including a two-year term as President. She has made presentations and taught workshops for quilt guilds and a variety of quilt shops in Haliburton, Peterborough, Bancroft, Huntsville and Bracebridge.
About Her Art:
Pat began making traditional quilts and quickly moved to creating textile art. Most of her present works are original designs that frequently include 3 dimensional components. Pat has won numerous ribbons for her work, including 2nd place in Ontario for machine quilting at the Agricultural Societies Conference in Toronto, 2009.
