That is why we have taken the time to provide you with high quality images taken, when appropriate, from a variety of angles so that you can see what you are getting before you decide to buy. It is also why we take the time to ensure that our artist descriptions are as information rich as possible. In this way you can recognize the caliber of the artist with whom you are dealing.

What to Do If You Wish To Return An Item:

If when you receive the purchase you are not happy we will gladly accept the item back providing we are notified within 7 days of your receipt of the item. This return guarantee does not apply to items that are commissioned by you and made to your specifications. For all other items a full refund of the cost of the item (minus shipping costs) will be made as soon as the item is received in good condition back at our depot (must be received no later than 14 days after you receive it). Return shipping costs are your responsibility but we will help you get our discounted rate if you choose.

What to Do If You Are Buying An Item As A Gift and Need An Extended Return Period:

If you require an extension to the return period please make these arrangements at the time of purchase. We are happy to provide a reasonable extension for items that are being gifted at a later date but need to know in advance as once we have paid the artist it is not possible to do a return.
