These pictures remain the property of the artist and are used with their permission to advertise their goods and the website as a whole.  The content is intended wholly for your personal, non-commercial use.  Any use of the content of this site without our express permission is prohibited.

Corrections Required After Order Placement:

Automatic order confirmation emails are subject to correction prior to shipment due to inaccuracies, information errors, product discontinuation, unavailability or any other reason. If such corrections would in any way increase the cost of the transaction to the customer, the customer will be notified and have an opportunity to cancel the order with a full refund.

Inaccuracies:

We pride ourselves in our attention to placing only accurate information on this website.  However, when errors are made we reserve the right to correct these errors without prior notice. We also reserve the right to cancel any order due to such inaccuracies regardless of prior confirmation of the order. Should your credit card payment be processed prior to order cancelation we will refund the full amount of the cost of the cancelled item at the time the order is cancelled.

Warranties and Warnings:

Upon request, we shall send you any warranties or other product information provided to us by the artists. Under certain circumstances, the materials used in artwork may be harmful to humans or animals, particularly if used in ways other than those intended by the artist. If the product information contains warnings about risks of this type, you assume all responsibility for such use. For example, not all decorative objects can be used for eating and/or drinking; some are only for display and viewing pleasure. We at MadeinHaliburton.ca make no warranties whatsoever in regard to the artwork nor do we prepare or provide product information beyond that provided by the artist.
